By accessing and using the services of BITORA Solution, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
BITORA Solution provides IT development services including but not limited to:

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be discussed and documented. Additional work outside the original scope may result in additional fees.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project contract. BITORA Solution retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
BITORA Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Terms of termination will be specified in individual contracts.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
